James Towne (President) James is a Junior in Columbia College studying Financial Economics and Political Science. He has worked as a venture capital summer analyst at Sopris Capital, investment analyst at Bowery Capital, and investment banking analyst at Needham & Company. James is particularly interested in B2B services and vertical SaaS, and enjoys bartending and playing tennis in his free time.

Shaan Fye (VP Recruitment) Shaan is a sophomore in Columbia College studying computer science with a concentration in economics. He serves as an executive board member of Lion Fund LLC, a student-led hedge fund. He plays squash and golf in his free time and originally hails from Pittsburgh.

Kevin Wu (VP Partnerships) Kevin is a junior in Columbia College studying economics. He has worked as an analyst at Harbert Management Corporation and Pura Vida Investments. On campus, Kevin is a Managing Director for Lion Fund and a member of the ski team.

Michaella Schaszberger (VP Communications, Secretary) Michaella is a Sophomore in Columbia’s School of Engineering and Applied Science studying Computer Science. This past summer, she worked at the Law division at the Library of Congress, working with data entry for an archiving project. She also operates as a treasurer and volunteer for Sci-Inspire and, in her free time, enjoys skiing, as well as, playing tennis.
